Key Responsibilities:
♦ Assists Pastry Chef in the daily tasks of a pastry kitchen and bakery
♦ Prepares dough and ingredients, bakes cakes and other bakery products and deserts according to the menu cycle received from Pastry Chef
♦ Ensures adequate supplies of ingredients and the quality of baked products
♦ Respects the hygiene and sanitation standards
Job Requirements & skills:
♦ Completion of intermediate education with 3 years’ experience in pastry preparation/baking
♦ Professional Diploma in pastry is a plus
♦ Attention to details
♦ Excellent understanding and application of hygiene standards
♦ Simple job knowledge of English or French
