Position Overview:
♦ Develops strategic planning initiatives aligned with hospital goals
♦ Oversees performance management using the BSC approach
♦ Coordinates closely with the Human Resources department to align performance metrics with individual and team development plans
Responsibilities:
♦ Develops the strategic planning framework and oversees its implementation
♦ Develops and refines the hospital’s strategic plan
♦ Oversees implementation of the Balanced Scorecard
♦ Regularly reports to and communicates with the hospital’s leadership and the CEO regarding strategic progress and performance outcomes
♦ Collaborates with HR to align strategic performance metrics with staff performance evaluations and development
♦ Leads annual strategic review and planning cycles
♦ Ensures strategic initiatives are appropriately resourced and achieving intended outcomes
Qualifications:
♦ Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
♦ Extensive experience in strategic planning and performance management preferably in a healthcare setting
♦ Strong skills in: research, data analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management
♦ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
♦ Adaptability to changing situation as well as ability to lead, motivate and negotiate with others
♦ Good knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English, French is a plus
♦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
