The Budget department at Saint George Hospital UMC is responsible for directing and coordinating the development, execution and control of the Hospital’s consolidated Budget. The Budget department works with all other hospital departments and units to ensure accurate, efficient and successful budget planning, implementation and reporting practices across the hospital. The department is also responsible for performing financial analysis for the management accounts, calculating, analyzing and reporting on ratios and financial Key Performance Indicators. Moreover, the Budget department conducts feasibility studies for new services, products and projects prior to their purchases remodeling or launching.
